No prior legal knowledge is necessary to join these ADR Programs.

The ADR Program(s) curriculum is expertly calibrated in congruence with the contemporary Industry needs in respect of effective dispute resolution through ADR mechanism.

Disputes are inevitable in the present dynamic complex world of business, thus participants need in-depth understanding of ADR mechanism to preclude the taxing litigation in dispute resolution.

The Program Fee or any Other Charges may be paid through Direct Bank Transfer/NEFT/IMPS/UPI into:

What are the options for Program Fee or Other Charges Payment?

  1. The Participants can pay the Program Fee:
    • Option 1: Pay 100% Program Fee to block the seat.
    • Option 2: Pay 50% of Program Fee at the time of Blocking the Seat and balance 50% within 12 weeks thereafter.
    • Option 3: Pay 20% of Program Fee at the time of Blocking the Seat and 50% within 12 weeks thereafter and balance 30% within 10 weeks thereafter.
    • Option 4: Pay 20% of Program Fee at the time of Blocking of Seat and balance 80% in 4 (four) equal installments within 5 months thereafter as per the agreed due dates.
  2. Other Charges/Fee(viz. ADR Services/Membership/etc.) to be paid 100% in advance.

CADRER collects personal identifiable information like your name, email address, phone number, and other relevant details to facilitate your admission process.

We ask payments (viz. Fee or any other Charges) through Direct Bank Transfer/NEFT/IMPS/UPI. We request our participants to make payment with due care.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the admission process has not been initiated, or the student is not admitted to the Programs for reasons beyond their control and not due to lack of eligibility. For further information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
